Hot or Cold?

Okay so today's craft took me no more than 5 minutes.  Sweet relief.  On the plus side it's extremely useful.  A rice sock can be warmed or cooled and used for anything you might want warm or cold.  I added a bit of lavendar oil for relaxation and a drop of spearmint, because I like it and it can help for nausea.  I'm not sure if it's scientifically founded but mint in general seems to clear and freshen my whole body.  So, I expect this to come in very helpful in the upcoming homebirth I plan to attend.  : )
