Waffle Cones

I had full intentions of making some cute stuffed thing today, BUT I was too lazy tired to go downstairs to get the appropriate materials.  My husband arrived home early after his successful day on route as a Carbon's Golden Malted Sales and Service Rep.  I just so happened to mention how good a waffle cone sounded (I didn't even care if ice cream was in it). 

So he goes out to his truck and brings in a waffle cone iron, mixes up the 'just add water mix', and continues to instruct me how to correctly fold a cone.  Problem was....  THEY'RE HOT!

It's not round, and it has hole in the bottom.  Not bad for the first attempt.  Apparently we are missing a particular device that makes the rolling easier because you do have to do it quick when it's still really hot...and I'm a sensitive girl.  Ha!

They are De-licious though!  I seriously wish I could hand them out because it was perfect, and the smell in my house now is divine.  I wish I could bottle it.
